FAQ

  • What is your substitution policy?
All of our arrangements are made using super fresh flowers. We receive a variety of new flowers several times each week from our growers and cannot guarantee which specific flowers will be used in each arrangement - it is up to the designer’s discretion. This is the creative element of our arrangements and what makes them so unique! That said, we will do our best to meet specific requests, but often substitutions are necessary. Each arrangement is different and includes a variety of blooms that our designer will hand-select based on your colour palette preferences.
  • When will the flowers be delivered?
Most of our deliveries occur between 11 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. It’s very important for us to receive a (current) phone number for the recipient. Many times the recipient is busy and cannot answer their phone, understandably. We find that a majority of the recipients respond better to, and actually prefer being contacted by, text message. If the flowers are going to a workplace, they are always delivered before 4 PM, unless the recipient requests otherwise. Don’t worry, we are quite flexible and will do our best to have your beautiful flowers delivered at a convenient time for the recipient.
  • What if the recipient is not at home?
We seldom leave flowers unattended at the home of a recipient. That’s why it’s so important that we receive the correct phone number(s) of the recipient. Fresh flowers cannot withstand much of the weather that we receive in New Brunswick. It’s often too cold, rainy/windy, or scorching sun in the summertime. We work hard to ensure that your investment gets into the hands of the recipient looking its best, and delivered with a smile. As well, we like to ensure that these flowers will last as long as possible by avoiding inclement stress.

  • Can I still get an order delivered today?
If you place your order before 3 PM, your order will be delivered sometime today. It may be an evening delivery, depending on our workload that day, and/or arranging a delivery time convenient for the recipient.
  • Why do we need the recipient’s phone #?
We understand that some would like for the flowers to be a surprise. Yes, surprises are nice :-) That said, we have to ensure that someone is (truly) at home to receive the flowers. Another reason is the times we’re living in. There is enough crime and bad news going on these days that most people prefer the courtesy of a phone call (or text) before we get there (usually within an hour during normal business days).
  • Can I get a photo of the bouquet you created for me?
We are a small, very busy shop. There are days when we may have the time to do this, but most days we just cannot. Our quality is consistently great, and people are delighted to receive these elegant bouquets. If your recipient, for some reason, is not really impressed with their arrangement, please give us a call. 506-454-4268. We take customer service and our reputation for delivering quality floral arrangements very seriously.
  • Can I order flowers through your shop for a recipient in another city?
We’re sorry, we do not provide this service. We recommend that you Google a flower shop near where the recipient lives, and check their Google rating and reviews (especially recent reviews within the past year in case there was a change in ownership or management). As well, you can verify their ratings if the same company has a Facebook Page which would have both reviews, and should have several pictures of the portfolio.
