PRIVACY POLICY

Say It With Flowers recognizes that safety and security of personal information is of the utmost importance to our customers. We take every action necessary to ensure that private information is kept private, and that any information transmitted over all mediums is kept confidential.

For orders placed by phone, Say It With Flowers will never keep your credit card information.  Each day we shred the credit card information used to place your order.  However, we do keep other information related to your order on file, unless you specifically ask us to destroy this information as well.  By other information, we are referring to your name and phone #, and your email if you choose to provide us with that information. As well, we keep the name, address, phone number and the card message you wrote to the recipient. If you’d rather us not keep this information, please let us know and it will be destroyed that same day.
